  • Hotel Policies

    Q: What time is check-in?

    A: Check-in begins at 4 p.m. Early check-in is subject to availability and fees.

    Q: What time is check-out?

    A: Check-out is at 11 a.m.

    Q: Is parking free?

    A: Dellshire Resort offers complimentary on-site uncovered parking. During special event weekends in Wisconsin Dells, parking may be limited to a specific number of vehicles per accommodation. If you plan to stay over a citywide event weekend, please inquire about any temporary parking restrictions.

    Q: Are pets allowed at the resort?

    A: For the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, pets are not allowed at Dellshire Resort. Guests found with pets will be asked to check out and forfeit their deposit, and a cleaning charge will be applied.

    Q: Do children stay free?

    A: Children (17 years old and younger) stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room.

    Q: How many guests are allowed in the rooms?

    A: Each room type has a maximum occupancy. Please book the correct room type to meet your guest count within the set occupancy limits.

    Q: Are there quiet hours?

    A: Quiet hours are enforced 10PM - 7:30AM.

    Q: There was an extra charge on my credit card after I checked in, what is this?

    A: A credit card hold of $100/night is placed at check-in to cover incidental purchases during your stay. If no additional purchases are made during your stay, we will release the the full amount upon checkout and the funds will be available within 14 days of departure. If purchases were made to your room, the sum of the hold less the charges will be released back to your card within 14 days of checkout. Purchases to your room may also result in additional incidental authorizations to cover the expenses. If you used a debit card to check-in, the incidental hold will effect your available balance; please plan accordingly so this hold does not impact any withdrawals that you have planned as Dellshire Resort is not responsible for any overdraft fees that you may incur. Please contact your bank directly upon checking out to request information about when the hold will be released. Amount of hold is subject to change without notice.

    Q: Are there any prohibited items?

    A: For the safety of our guests and team, large coolers are prohibited from being on-site. Outside food and beverage is not permitted in any public areas.

    Q: Is smoking allowed in the resort?

    A: Dellshire Resort is smoke-free facility. Smoking in a guestroom will result in a cleaning charge applied to the registered guest's account. Smoking is also prohibited in the Serpent's Bay pool area and the lobby and ballroom balconies.

    Q: I left something in my room. How do I contact Lost & Found?

    A: We've made it easy to inquire about lost items. Just visit www.ileftmystuff.com to report your lost item and if it has been found, we'll get it back to you quickly.

  • Reservation Policies

    Q: Is a deposit required to reserve a room?

    A: Yes. A deposit in the amount of the first night's stay, plus resort fee and tax will be charged upon making your reservation. The balance of your stay will be charged at check-in.

    Q: How old do I need to be to reserve a room?

    A: You must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation and check-in.

    Q: What is your cancellation policy?

    A: We have a 72-hour standard cancellation policy for guest rooms and suites, meaning you must cancel a minimum of 72-hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 1 night's room and tax. Cancellations made prior to 72-hours are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Please note, some special rate plans may have an alternate cancellation policy which will be listed in the rate's description.

    Q: What is the resort fee?

    A: For each room booked, a Resort Fee plus tax will be added daily in addition to your room rate. This fee covers enhanced in-room features as well as many of the resort's amenities and unique activities that will enhance your stay, making your time at Dellshire Resort more than just a night in a room, but a true vacation adventure.

  • Amenities

    Q: Who is Golspar?

    A: Golspar is Dellshire Resort's guardian memorialized in a 70-foot long steel dragon statue at the resort entrance. While he's still in training, he will eventually breath fire intermittently.

    Q: Do you have Wi-Fi?

    A: Yes, we have wireless internet available in all guest rooms and public areas. Access is included in your Resort Fee.

    Q: Are pack n’ plays and rollaway beds available?

    A: Pack N' Plays are available upon request, but no rollaways or extra beds are available.

    Q: Do you have in-room movies available?

    A: Yes, movies will be charged to the registered guest account.

    Q: Do you have a gift shop?

    A: Yes, trinkets from your travels to the realm and convience items can be found in our main marketplace Kettle & Keep in the lobby as well as the Guildmaster's Shoppe in Hero's Hall.

    Q: So you don't have a waterpark. Do you have any pools?

    A: Serpent's Bay is our signature indoor/outdoor pool pavilion featuring five distinct aquatic experiences. These enchanting waters include an indoor pool with children's slide and splash pad, a heated indoor/outdoor pool with seating, the 21+ indoor/outdoor pool with access to Scale Cove swim-up bar, a 19-person indoor hot tub at The Grotto, and a seasonal outdoor pool with a captivating waterfall feature. Loungers and tables are available throughout the pavilion and cabanas are available to rent. Lockers are also available for an additional fee.

    Q: What are the dining outlet hours of operation?

    A: For the most up-to-date hours of operations, visit our Activities page. These are are subject to change based on seasonality.

    Q: Do you offer kid’s menus?

    A: Blade & Barreal provide kid's menus to children 12 & under for dinner.

    Q: Where can I get coffee in the resort?

    A: Kettle & Keep served coffee drinks, breakfast and lunch treats, grab-and-go food items, and gourmet gelato.

    Q: Does the resort offer room service?

    A: No, room service is not available at this time.

  • Donation Requests

    If you are looking for a donation for a local event to benefit a registered 501(c)(3) organization, please fill out this form a minimum of 45 days prior to the date of the event. Due to the abundance of donation requests we receive, we will only be able to respond if you were chosen as a recipient.
