Dellshire Resort’s Giveaway

1. SPONSOR
This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Dellshire Resort located at 2277 Dellshire Drive, Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965 (the “Sponsor”).
2. SWEEPSTAKE PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on July 30, 2025 at 1pm CST and ends on September 30, 2025 at 11:59pm CST (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry, except for employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Dellshire Resort, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, and spouse) and household members of each such person. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Online Entry: To enter, visit this link during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the instructions for submitting an entry.
Limitations: There is a limit of one entry per person, per email address. Multiple entries from the same person using different email addresses or social media accounts will be disqualified.
Entries submitted by any means other than as described in these Official Rules are void.

6. SELECTION OF WINNER
Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on DATE.
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email within 10 days of the drawing. The winner will have 72 hours to respond and claim the prize.
Alternate Winner: If the selected winner does not respond within the specified time frame or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
7. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS
No Cash Value: The prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Prize Conditions: The winner and their guests must comply with all applicable rules, regulations, and terms of service related to the use of the prize, including but not limited to the resort’s terms and any applicable health and safety guidelines.
Transferability: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other form of monetary compensation.
Blackout Dates: The stay is subject to availability and may be restricted during peak periods (e.g., holidays, special events). The winner will be informed of any blackout dates at the time of booking.
8. TAXES AND FEES
Winner’s Responsibility: The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, or local taxes and fees (including income taxes) associated with the acceptance and use of the prize. The winner may be required to complete IRS Form 1099 or similar tax form if applicable.
Prize Value: The total approximate retail value of the prize is $TBD, and taxes may be assessed based on that value.
9. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Dellshire Resort and its affiliates to use their name, hometown, likeness, photograph, video, or other media in any publicity, advertising, or promotional materials without compensation, unless prohibited by law. The winner may opt out of publicity if permitted by law.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Giveaway Void Where Prohibited: The Giveaway is void in locations where prohibited or restricted by law, and all such entries will be disqualified.
Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from the participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
Force Majeure: The Sponsor is not responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Official Rules if caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, strikes, natural disasters, or acts of terrorism.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from the Giveaway shall be resolved under the laws of Wisconsin.
No Warranty Provided. Sponsor and its partners make no warranties, and hereby disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prizes furnished or made in connection with this giveaway.
11. PRIZE REDEMPTION
Reservation: To redeem the prize, the winner must contact the Resort’s booking department at least 4 weeks in advance to reserve accommodations. Specific booking instructions will be provided to the winner at the time of notification.
Expiration: All prize reservations must be completed within 12 months from the date of notification, and unused portions of the prize will expire if not used by that time.
12. CANCELLATION AND DISQUALIFICATION
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel this Giveaway at any time. Any false information provided by an entrant, or failure to comply with these Official Rules, will result in disqualification. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the Giveaway entry process, operating in violation of these Official Rules, or attempting to defraud the Sponsor in any way.
